The Weeping Harlequin

Big Chad's Home ·
Painterly portrait of a pale, ghoulish face with dark sunken eyes, a red bulbous nose, tears on both cheeks, and a mouth rendered as yellow vertical bars resembling clenched teeth, against a dark green background.
I won't pretend this one is comfortable, and that's precisely why I treasure it. A pale, grieving face with a red bulb of a nose and those caged yellow teeth, painterly and raw, with real tears. It's the most haunting portrait in the collection and I adore its nerve.
